Our beers are carefully crafted using only quality English malted barley, a variety of English and worldwide whole flower hops, brewers yeast and water.
We do not filter or pasteurise and hand bottle straight from the fermenter, the beer is then left to naturally condition in the bottle, which adds to the depth of flavour and character. This process is called secondary fermentation and creates a small amount of natural sediment which can be left in the bottle when pouring.
We believe our ales are best enjoyed served between 10-12°C degrees.
