We use cuts of locally sourced leg of pork, mixed with the famous Bramley Apple which is then complimented with a medium dry cider. This pie has a sweetness to it with the apples being cooked in the gravy. All encased in our melt in the mouth shortcrust pastry.
Our special pie pastry does NOT contain any hydrogenated fats or oils, and uses only vegetable margarine & shortening.
