Locally farmed beef reared on the banks of the river Trent. We use chuck steak and forequarter cuts of beef in this pie. The pie contains tender pieces of kidney which delivers a wonderful taste to the gravy. All encased in our melt in the mouth shortcrust pastry.
Our special pie pastry does NOT contain any hydrogenated fats or oils, and uses only vegetable margarine & shortening.
