Thai Red Vegetable Curry
Sizzling Thai red curry packs a punch with silky roasted aubergines, sugar snaps and kaffir lime, which have been bubbled away in a sauce of coconut milk, Thai basil and spices. Best served with basmati rice (and probably a cold beer too).
Cauliflower Butter Masala
A new spin on a classic curry. Roasted cauliflower and tender chickpeas cooked in a spiced (but not too spicy) tomato and cream sauce, with all the big name spices thrown in for the deepest flavour possible.
Roasted new potatoes sliced along the top for the perfect golden, crispy back, drizzled with olive, garlic and rosemary and sea salt. Surely, the king of potato dishes!
Lamb And Apricot Tagine
Classic Moroccan tagine using the tenderest meat from lambs grass-fed on British land, slow cooked with juicy apricots, plum tomatoes and a heady mix of spices (cinnamon, cloves and ginger, to name a few).

Delicious cuts of leg of lamb slowly cooked to make the meat beautifully tender. This pie has been described as a ‘Sunday dinner in a pie’. The meat is added to a minty gravy and encased in our melt in the mouth shortcrust pastry.
